Esbelt S.A.(ESA) is looking to hire a motivated assistant who would like the opportunity to grow within his or her position. Working under the supervision of Aurora Cejalbo, who has more than ten years of experience in the industry, the assistant will work with Esbelt S.A. and its American sister company Esbelt Trading Inc. (ETI) to help strengthen the companies’ Quality Policy by offering clients an excellent and friendly service through simple, quick, and transparent processes.
The job will have three phases. During the first, the assistant will focus on administrative and back-office tasks. During the second phase, the assistant will begin to work directly with clients, and finally in the third phase he or she will collaborate with Esbelt Trading Inc’s Commercial Agent in the management of stocks for the US company and the organization and execution of promotions.
Specific tasks will include:
1. Receipt and management of orders and customer requests to ETI
2. Processing of purchase orders between ETI and ESA
3. Entering of customer orders to ETI
4. Development of packing list for ETI customers
5. Management of shipments from ESI clients with US carriers
6. Management of WH Pilot shipments to customers
7. Confirmation of customers’ payments, collecting or sending notice as directed
8. Sending of customer invoices
9.Follow up on pending payments from both ETI and ESA customers
