Swapsee Workshop: The Jamming Methodology

The Jamming Methodology: Tools and strategies to solve problems, bring in innovation, and design new services.
Together with Claro Partners we will be hosting our first post-vacation workshop on the Jamming Methodology to drive innovation and solve challenges. Members of the Claro team will talk about the methodology and the tools you can use to design a new service, come up with a solution to a business problem, service design, and more. We will also be joined by the winning team from the our Fest-Up Service Jam, FoodBay (formerly FoodLoop), who will talk about their experience using the methodology to rapidly flesh out a startup concept in just 12 hours of work and how their project has evolved since then.
This will be an introductory level workshop to learn about some of the basics of the jamming methodology and give attendants a taste of what it is and how it works. The workshop will last one hour after which we’ll open some beers and everyone can hang out, chat and network. If you want to pitch yourself or your project to the community you’ll be welcome to.
The workshop will be in English.
