KIC InnoEnergy Speaker Series with Jil Van Eyle

Our keynote speaker will be Jil van Eyle from Teaming. When Jil was a young man he was only driven by success, money and fancy cars, his childhood marked by shortages and an absent father had led him to having these sort of goals in life. In 1998, with the birth of his daugther Monica, everything changed. She was born affected by a severe disease and made Jil change his values in life. Next Tuesday we will have the honor to host him and to have him share his story with you, which he has put to paper as well in his book “How I stopped being a jerk.

Jil Van Eyle: “I will share with public my personal story about how my life changed (profesionally and on a personal basis) after the birth of my first daughter (1998) with a serious brain damage. Her situation inspired me to create Teaming, a charitable project helping nowadays thousands of persons in more than 40 countries”.
