Internet of Things Day

We are excited preparing the next 9th of April, the Internet of Things Day at Barcelona @ La Fàbrica Moritz (remember the new venue).

The 3 confirmed speakers will cover the next topics:

• Social 3D printing by FabLab: learn how to use 3D printers and where to use them. 3D printing technology is already here and makerspaces and FabLabs can show you how to print anything you like.

• Connect anything to the Internet by Marc Pous from theThings.IO: this technical session for non-technical people will show you how to connect anything to the Internet with few lines of code. Electric Imp, Intel Galileo, Arduino and other platforms will be showed.

• Lessons learnt from Internet of Things startups in Barcelona by Jordi Llosa from Worldsensing: how to create an Internet of Things startup in Barcelona and how to succeed with awesome projects will be some of the shared stories by Jordi.

• Hanghout with other IoT communities in Europe (Zurich, Madrid and Rotterdam)
