Challenges of collaborative networks and how to solve them with design thinking

Social start-ups are proposing new ways to tackle today’s society challenges: Foster social engagement, create new social and digital currencies, develop new ways of learning, collaborating or connecting with people. However it is not easy for these start-ups to gain critical mass and keep up with evolving needs of people. What challenges do they face to engage with users? How can they build a stable community?

In this event, we will explore these challenges together and we will learn about the Creator Street methodology: Design thinking for social startups. We will share tips and best practices to explore users, and how to translate users’ insights into successful ideas and prototypes.

Secondly, we will introduce you the Creator Street Challenge, an initiative that will take place in May that will bring together startups such as The Social Coin & Prepárate Banco de Tiempo, Experts, students, recent graduates and young professionals from different disciplines to solve real-world issues through a human-centered, thinking by doing methodology.
