Developing leaders in the agile organization :)

In the concept of autonomous agile teams usually it occurs frequently and is linked to the presence of leaders and their development within the organization. clear cases are the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner in Scrum. Roles either by their position or responsibilities require a high level of these skills.

It is not uncommon to see more than one team or organization collision with barriers that prevent bringing these concepts into practice. Therefore , the objective of this session is to provide participants a framework that: – Les allows to understand its context (or others) about leadership within the organization
– From there to help them develop (or develop others) as leaders.

The session is especially good for those who are developing leadership skills (yours or helping others) and have no clear guidance on where to start, or simply want another point of view.

We discuss general concepts of leadership, models and practice this from a practical point of view, working in teams.
