User Testing has a place in today´s product development cycle, identifying problems earlier and reducing development cost.
In this workshop, we´ll cover the basics about how to plan and conduct a user testing and then, analyse the results to extract valuable insights and inform product and design decisions. Also we´ll take a brief look to some testing tools and methods and discuss how to implement it through the product development cycle.

Dynamic:
After a brief introduction, the assistants will work together in groups of 3-4 people and then share the outcome. You can come with colleagues or join a group in the workshop.
About:
Néstor is a UX Designer from the Basque Country based in Barcelona. He worked in Product Design for small startups and big global companies and between his interests are the development of Design Language Systems, Lean UX and the impact of Design in Business and the Tech Industry.
