The gender pay gap has been a well documented and debated issue. UK women still earn 83p on the pound compared to men. But this systemic problem goes beyond our salaries; The average woman’s pension pot is 25% that of an average man, women are paying £17,000 more than men for their lifetime credit, and less than 1% of venture capital goes to female-founded ventures. How do we turn the tide and get the bag up? Innovation may have the answer!
