3 days Deep and Fun Learning Experience for

Entrepreneuers, Leaders and Changemakers

We live in times of exponential change, where the race is on for survival of

the fittest. Organizations of any size in the future will be more likely to suc-
ceed in the future, if they will be able to exploit an existing business model

at its best, while at the same time exploring new opportunities for brandnew

business models, even ready to disrupt their own being. Successful organiz-
ations will have both business engines in balance. And more or less regularly

reinventing their own organization at high pace will need to drive change in

an evolutionary and humane fashion.

The Kanban Beach event, taking place near Barcelona, 12th – 14th of Oct 2015, will provide the right space for participants for diving together into leading concepts on growing such innovative adaptive organizations, fit for their future. Participants will experience validated practical concepts, market leading offerings in their domain, they can directly apply for building more successful products, running highly effectice operations and making an organization fit for change. The design of this event meet people’s needs for a sustainable learning experience. Embedded into an excellent location directly at the beach, changemakers from various conutries will share their own stories, collaborate, work on their cases, experien-
ce a great variety of interactive exercises, while growing their network with peers and having loads of fun.

All activities are fed via short conceptual impulse sessions, providing deep food for thoughts, connecting the dots and followed by interactive exercises, group work and debriefs. Participating changemakers will discuss hot topics via Lean Coffee / Fishbowl sessions and will have various options to steer their own direction (e.g. via Open Space).

This event will be facilitated by Mike Leber, an experienced Agile Coach, Accreditet Kanban Trainer and Kanban Coach via Lean Kanban University and Management 3.0 and Lean Change facilitator, together with Saket Bivalkar, experienced Agile Coach and Management 3.0 facilitator. Participants receive an official certificate via Lean Kanban University and are eligible for SEUs (Scrum Education Units) or PMI PDUs.
