Irene Gómez, CEO and co-founder of Keybotic, founded the company in 2020 together with Hilatio Tomé, after years working in operations and international strategic consulting.

Keybotic’s trajectory has been meteoric. The startup emerged after winning the first prize at the DARPA Robotics Challenge in 2021, organized by the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), considered one of the most prestigious robotics competitions worldwide.

This award validated their technology and enabled them to secure $750,000. Partly with this support, in 2022 they brought their robot dog Keyper to life.

Now, Keybotic specializes in designing, manufacturing, and marketing autonomous robot dogs for industrial inspections, notably its flagship product Keyper.
