We learned about the importance of being in the moment, eating and performing routine tasks mindfully, meditating and listening to our feelings. But mindfulness is unachievable without digital wellness and learning how to use your devices more consciously.
We now offer one full-day fundamentals training for people who want to get more aware of their own use of technology and learn some tools to help others be more consciously digital.
During this full-day training, we will talk about neuroscience behind persuasive and addictive design, business models behind the economy of distraction, happiness hormones and the role of dopamine and serotonin, how willpower work and why we can’t rely on it to change habits, types of human attention and how to manage it, and effect of multitasking on our brains.
What to expect:
Theory based on the latest neuroscience research
Coaching exercises and fun group activities
Practical tools to manage your own screentime and help others do the same
A small group of max 20 participants with lots of personal attention
Build special bonding with like-minded people from a variety of backgrounds (our past students came from 5 continents, and ranged from coaches to UX designers to meditation instructors to software developers)
Moneyback guarantee: if you don’t like the course/don’t find it useful, we’ll refund you the full amount, if you give us constructive feedback on how we can improve it.
