David Monreal i Prat, Lean Startup business model discovery & validation

David Monreal i Prat has 14 years woking on internet projects, mainly at InfoJobs.net, now part of Schibsted Classified Media (coches.net, fotocasa, milanuncios, segundamano, etc.) and was the Director of La Vanguardia’s online classifieds. His areas of expertise are product, customer and business development. For the last four years he has been involved on innovation projects in small and medium sized corporations, mainly based on Lean Startup methodologies. He currently advises several startups and public initiatives in order to develop entrepreneurial skills based on empiric data.

David will be talking with us about is the experimental part of a startup (how to discover a business model): list assumptions, find the riskiests (where Lean Startup falls short) and testing them in order to decide what the entrepreneur should do next.
