2. AIKIDO UNBENDABLE MIND, BODY & SPIRIT (how to deal with chaotic / stressful situations / verbal attacks and accusations without using force, to be unstoppable in face of a difficult situation and go for what you want).

3. FEARLESS EXERCISE (ability to see what is limiting or stopping you in any area of life, seeing it as clear as a brick wall, and have the power to go right through it).

4. VISUALIZATION (using the force of the universe to back you up).
