Le Wagon Barcelona proudly announces the second AperoTalk in the city: an informal networking event where founders, accelerators and other important movers and shakers of the local startup scene get together with future entrepreneurs to share their stories about success and failures.

About Benjamin Viguier, Co-founder & CEO of YUGO.

Benjamin Viguier holds a master in Science of Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France). He had his first job in the automotive industry, working for several brands like Tesla in Paris, BMW in Munich and Dubai and finally at AUDI HQ. During almost 5 years, he observed and experienced how the mobility was changing in big cities and how could the mobility of tomorrow looks like. Inspired by new ways to move thanks to the sharing economy and the first free floating models such as DriveNow or Car2go, he decided with his co founders to create in Barcelona, YUGO – a moto sharing service.

YUGO is a Barcelona based mobility startup, which is providing a moto sharing service which works like Bicing but with electric bikes and without stations. The webapp allows the user to localize the bikes dispatch in the city, to book the closest one, to unlock it and to start it, just from the smartphone. The price for the trip is per minute (0,19eur/min).
YUGO was founded by 4 French entrepreneurs in Septembre 2016 with no bikes but a landing page to test the idea. With only 3 bikes in February 2016, the team launched a first beta version and had a really lean approach and took the time to validate the service idea. After a first fundraising round closed in August 2016 the fleet will reach 60 vehicles before the end of the year and the core team will be growing. The aim of the startup is to change how people consume mobility, in a smart, sustainable and fun way ! Let’s RIDE !!!
