Dominic is a product Innovation expert with over 15 years’ experience in the field – working in areas as diverse as Medical Product Development at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, Product Design for Roca Sanitario, Industrial Design at HP large format printing and currently Innovation Planning at Zobele Fast moving consumer goods.

As the Innovation Planning Manager for Zobele’s Innovation Hub Dominic’s key focus is managing an international team of Innovation Planners to define and execute on Zobele product innovation pipeline and client innovation projects.  Dominic likes to describe his Innovation Planners as Polymaths – people who feel comfortable in many areas of expertise – they are about connecting the dots between disciplines and stakeholders needs, translating the insight, Business and technological constraints into measurable actionable criteria – using design thinking to guide a project to commercial success or to be killed as quickly as possible.

Roberto is an Industrial Engineer and Engineering Project Manager with experience in several countries, including the world´s manufacturing hub: Shenzhen. He has got the opportunity to work developing products and manufacturing processes for a variety of industries such as automotive, consumer products and electronics, supplying giants like Apple, Amazon or BMW.

Working as Technical Leader for Zobele means managing all the technical areas at the earliest stage of product design cycle: feasibility, engineering design, product cost, investments, intellectual property, regulatory, etc. With past experience working on a technology startup, he is also managing Zobele´s acceleration program for entrepreneurs: Join and Win.
