Scott Mackin is an entrepreneur and AI-first business leader based in Barcelona. He is the founder of Barcinno, launched in 2013 to document and amplify Barcelona’s startup and technology ecosystem, and the founder of Hello Operator, an AI-powered marketing agency helping high-growth companies modernize content and go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven world.

Scott has founded, scaled, and exited ventures across media, coworking, and digital services. He co-founded OneCoWork, a flexible workspace platform with locations across Spain and the UK, which was acquired by Impact Hub. His work spans early-stage startups to global enterprises, advising leadership teams on growth, positioning, and execution during periods of rapid technological change.

An MBA graduate of the University of San Diego, Scott also teaches marketing and digital transformation at the MBA level.
