Workshop on “Mindful Communication”

Kasia Olszko has found Mindful Workshop with a vision to create a happier and healthier society. She is the most fascinated by neuroplasticity of the brain and supports her work with the findings of modern neuroscience. 
Kasia started her professional dancing and acting career at the age of 14 and worked on stage and in front of the camera for over a decade. Since 2006 Kasia has also been a successful TV producer and has felt privileged to work all over the world. She has a deep understanding of the nature and demands of a modern, always on, busy lifestyle. 
Her heart lies somewhere between Warsaw, London & Barcelona.

Being more mindful means being more relaxed, more in tune with our needs and limitations, aware of our emotions and reactions, more focused and productive but also more loving, compassionate and grateful.
