This course will help you to make your mentor classes more profitable. It will help you to better understand the founders needs and also how you can communicate your expertise in a more efficient way to lead them to success.

From 10 to 14 hours, with a pause of 15 minutes at 12:15.

From 14 to 16 hours.

From 16 to 17:30 hours (Incubio and SeedRocket presentation and startups demo).

2. Designing your mentoring style

• Are you socratic (asking question) or direct (giving advice)
• Do you use stories, facts, or get hands-on
• Your next steps

3. How to use the business model canvas as a mentoring tool

• Identifying risks
• Using an external artifact
