We are lucky to have Anna Lankauf, a top UX expert for startups visiting Barcelona from Poland at the end of September! Anna will speak about how to use UX to obtain more sales, focusing on early stage ventures.

How would you explain your business to your grandmother? Even if you usually explain it to more tech-savvy people, they are still humans. They don’t read long texts, are bored when you use polysyllabic words and would rather spend their time having fun than watching your communication struggle.

At the workshop you will learn:

– how to explain your business model in simple words,

– how to use words in your Landing Page,

– how to design elements that can help your users understand you properly,

– how to avoid communication inconsistencies.

Anna’s Bio:

Anna Lankauf – UX Strategist, a trained psychologist. She has been designing usable solutions for eCommerce at Divante for over two years now. She has worked for clients such as Reserved.com, Liberty, Solar, Plus GSM, UPC. Focusing on what users do rather than on what they say they do during design process is her mantra. Being a startup approach enthusiast makes constantly changing conditions in business natural habitat for her.
