Wagon Talk with Amleto Montinari, co-founder of Fluttr

Le Wagon Barcelona proudly announces the fifth Wagon Talk in the city: an informal networking event where founders, accelerators and other important movers and shakers of the local startup scene get together with future entrepreneurs to share their stories about success and failures.

Fluttr (Fluttr.in) is the first peer-recruitment platform where candidates are evaluated for the jobs they are applying for by experts in that job working for other companies. Thanks to this, candidates can benchmark themselves against the other job applicants, receive a meaningful feedback about their application by real experts and end up learning and having control of the overall recruitment process.

About Amleto, Co-founder and CEO 

Amleto has a long past in the corporate world at JP Morgan where he headed the strategy department for his division. Previously he worked at PayPal where he started becoming passionate about the startup world thanks to his frequent visits to Silicon Valley. He now is co-founder and CEO of Fluttr, in a mission to make recruitment awesome.
