Barcelona will be hosting the biggest Java and JVM Conference in Spain, the Java and JVM Barcelona Conference ( JBCNConf – https://www.jbcnconf.com ), from 27th to 29th of May, 2019. This year we celebrate the 5th edition, expecting more than 600 attendees thanks to the trust of hundreds of attendees and several sponsors like Redhat, Codurance, Casumo, Mango, Glovo and Oracle Netsuite among others.
We are very proud of where we are, what we have achieved and what we are going. The conference is organised by developers for developers and it is directed to architects, developers, analysts and technological leaders, as well as to university and master students. We have confirmed great international speakers like Venkat Subramaniam, Josh Long, Arun Gupta, Mario Fusco, Vaughn Vernon and Brian Goetz among others. You can see the up to date list of speakers in our website: http://www.jbcnconf.com/2019/speakers.html
We will cover many different topics in 2 days of talks, from #Java to #JVM langs (Scala/Cloujure/Groovy/Kotlin…), from #microservices to #Kubernetes, from #cleancode to #Reactive and #IoT
This year we’ll host workshops on the morning of Wednesday 29th of May. As we’re growing as a conference, the event will be on a larger and even more comfortable place than last edition. This year we will have an amazing venue (CCIB – http://ccib.es), great speakers and new activities that will make this conference even greater.
During the 3 days we will have the opportunity to learn, code and meet with a lot of software engineers from around the world in an unique and friendly environment.
And last, but not least, you cannot miss the amazing party specially organised for our attendees on Monday evening. This year the party will take place at the venue of the conference.
If you think this is the event that you want to attend before the northern summer is upon us, then don’t miss the chance to buy a ticket! We can offer a 10% discount for groups of 6 or more people.
