The Better Life App Challenge – Hackathon

The Better Life App Challenge is a global call for developers to build unique apps that will solve some of the most common issues users face today. These eight problem areas include shared issues such as general safety and digital privacy as well as those focused on the individual such as improving their work-life balance. The project begins with a hackathon in Barcelona, Spain on July 14th followed by a guided incubation period through to September. International submissions are free to enter at any time during this period.
The best apps with the most innovative solutions will be selected to participate in a final where they’ll pitch to a judging panel made of industry figures. Cash prizes worth ten thousand US and promotional rewards will be given out at the challenge’s end.
