Talk with Jonas Kwaschik: Top Google Mentor & Lean Startup Expert

Our next speaker is Jonas Kwaschik, who has generously offered to give the Lean Startup community a talk during his next visit to Barcelona from his home town of Berlin.  Jonas is a Google Expert Mentor and the founder of Sleighdogs (www.sld.gs), a pack of specialists working with businesses to do concept testing, validation, MVPs, and to create cutting-edge technology.

Sleighdogs has a user-centric and test-driven approach (using many ideas from Lean Startup!) to create innovative and disruptive products.  They begin working with startups in theIdeation phase, then design and product development, and finally implementation and launch.

Jonas has immense experience a) building MVPs with startups and creating software for clients, b) as a co-founder and product manager in a 3d technology startup (roomeon.com) and c) Jonas has gained powerful insights while being a Google Expert Mentor on a variety of topics, including the importance of user research and not getting out too late.

“Whenever someone is asking me these days for advise how to build your startup idea, i usually try to explore if you can ‘test’ it without any fancy technology: how could you emulate your idea in 1h, go out on the street or grab your phone and get in touch with your potential customers?”

Jonas will also give insights and tips about developing software (Saas, online platforms/communities, ecommerce), including exploring specifications and writing concepts for products and services. Jonas has worked more than 15 years as a designer, frontend developer and project manager in his own agencies.

Jonas is an entrepreneur who, since the age of 16, has started several agencies and technology startups. As an active member of Berlin’s service design community, he embraces the concept of a highly user-centered and lean approach to create new products and services.

He is a Google expert and launchpad mentor for product strategy and helps to streamline ideas; discusses business models; and defines the core values of a product.

Jonas is the CEO of Sleighdogs, an european startup team to hire. The pack of designers, coders and strategists are pulling startups beyond the launch of their products or go on innovation journeys with corporates. You can meet them in Berlin, Prague or Barcelona.
