Rebuild your SEO in 1 Hour Workshop

In this meetup, Juliana will take you through the different essential elements of SEO you can do as part of your online marketing role and will show you some elements you can implement within your WordPress CMS.

Who should be attending this meetup?

If you think the SEO of your website is already excellent, this isn’t the meetup for you. But if you do want to learn how to rebuild your SEO with essential elements in a real-time and practical workshop, this is for you!
From online marketers to content creators from startup founders to tech enthusiasts, who write content for their website and who are not already doing SEO, should come to the event.

At the end of the workshop, you will learn how to do following on your website by yourself:
– Carry out keyword research (to optimize your content & headings)
– Update your own meta data (without coding)
– Add schema to your site (to benefit from rich snippets)
– Check your visitors on Google Analytics
There will be a live demo and walk through on different SEO tools, WordPress CMS and Google Analytics.

Jo Juliana Turnbull, better known as SEO Jo Blogs in the industry, has been working in marketing since 2005 and online marketing since 2007. She has a wealth of experience in SEO and event management, arranging her own meetup Search London for 9 years with more than 2000 digital marketers in London.
She is speaking at Search Y in Paris on February 7th (ask her for details, tickets still available). She has also spoken at Big Digital Adelaide, ClickZ New York and Brighton SEO. Where is the event going to take place?

The event is going to take place at probably the best co-working space of Barcelona: Aticco Verdaguer.
The Aticco Verdaguer space is located in the Gracia. The event will take place on the first floor which has a large terrace to take fresh air, enjoy beers or do networking.
The metro station: ‘Verdaguer’ (L4 & L5) is right next to the event location.
