Barcelona Tech, Startups and Innovation
For today’s nomadtalk we have invited over Tim Chimoy and Myriam Ward.
The topic Tim Chimoy will talk about is:
“Just do it – why success is a trial and error game (in business and personally)”
Tim has been juggling with several entrepreneurial projects ever since he started to work for himself 5 years ago. a constant fight between focus and „shiny objects syndrome“. some of the projects turned out great, some failed miserably. In his talk he takes us on a journey through his last 5 years, including some learnings of being a „project juggler”
Myriam Ward’s part will be more workshop-style turning us into participants who have to analyze the question: “Why Most Entrepreneurs Fail – It Is Not What You Think”
After a short introduction, we will discuss within the group what are our business goals are and which fears hold us back achieving them.
We will pick then 2 to 3 cases, go into details and sum up the results of the “fear of failure” controlling our mindset.
How can we overcome the fears and how a coach can support you in that?
Myriam’s husband Matt Ward will wrap up the talk telling us how she helped him as a coach a few months ago and why he can still profit from it.
