We will talk about how to use data science to improve business KPI’s such as engagement and churn rate. We’ll discuss basic personalization methods such as collaborative filtering and contend-based recommendations. We will look inside both the features of media-content recommedations and recommendations in e-commerce.
The Master-Class will be useful for anyone who is building web products and services relying on content, in particular, to business and data analysts, managers and startup founders.
