Machine learning: Practical cases using R (workshop)

You´ve heard of the term Machine Learning but haven’t got a clue how to do it yourself? You understand the theory but don’t know how it’s applied in the real world?

In this hands-on workshop you will learn the basics of Machine Learning using R programming language.

The workshop will be hosted by Rubén Guerrero, a statistics expert, currently working a lead mentor in Ubiqum Code Academy.

This event is structured into two parts:

– Part 1) A presentation that describes a bit the context of Machine Learning and why it’s important.

-Part 2) Real application of some Machine Learning algorithms using R.

NB : If you already have some programming knowledge the practical section will be a doddle. Don’t be put off though. We won’t expect you to be coding a website from scratch 😀
