Lean Startup Circle Summer Finale! (Free Event)

First we’ll be hearing from guest speaker Mathieu Carenzo, a leader of many outstanding entrepreneurial initiatives and a professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE. This to be followed by an Innovative Networking Happy Hour Event with Complimentary Free Beer.

This is our last planned big event until mid-late September, and hence this will be our Summer Finale! Our guest speaker is Mathieu Carenzo, who is a thought leader in entrepreneurship not just in Barcelona and Spain, but also on an international level. He has an outstanding resume of entrepreneurial accomplishments and leadership initiatives including:

• Founding partner of Venture Hub (http://www.venturehub.es/eng), a consulting firm supporting the scale of high growth start-ups and the development of entrepreneurial skills in the society at large

• Professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE Business School (http://www.iese.edu/en) and experience teaching at top tier business schools on 4 different continents

• A Business Angel investing in early stage new ventures (holding board seats) such as MBA&CO (https://www.mbaco.com), a world leading internet Marketplace disrupting the recruiting industry on a global scale

• Leader of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Spain (http://es.gew.co) since 2008. Since Mathieu has been the leader, the initiative has experienced massive growth and been endorsed by both the Prime Minister and the King of Spain

• Mathieu ran the IESE Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation for 6 years

Mathieu will give us insights for increasing our chances for entrepreneurial success and expanding the potential and scale of our businesses!

After our talk with Mathieu, we’ll be having complementary free beers as usual, but this time we’ll be adding a surprise tool to increase the effectiveness of the networking and new relationships we’ll make. Specifically, it should significantly aid in meeting the right people in the room and guiding conversations in the most effective way, all while having good fun.
