  Financial valuation of startups and emerging companies is one of the most difficult issues for an investor, because in most cases there’s no objective data that can help them in this process. The early-stage of many of the projects makes it impossible to assess nonexistent metrics and the valuation is often reduced to feelings or hunches.

  In this session, Javier Garcia, will review how the financial logic has to adapt to highly complex contexts to capture the value of the assets of companies with a high level of innovation, or a intangible value propositions involving changes in market rules.
