Even though it is a widespread thought that a developer is required to start a project, the true is that you actually do not need to write a single line of code to build a prototype and validate an idea. You just need to know some tools and learn how to use them.

In this workshop we will show you how to do that. David Pombar (@DavidPombar), CEO at SetPay, will explain you how to use some common tools to build your first MVP.

The workshop is divided in 3 sections:

1. Intro to Lean Startup and agile development.
2. Intro to the tools we’ll use to build the MVP (Mailchimp, Zapier, etc)
3. Building the actual MVP for your own startup.

With David you will also learn the basics of the lean startup methodology, whose core proposition is to figure out the problem that needs to be solved and then developing a MVP to validate the idea as quickly as possible.
