IQS Tech Fair, the Fair of Industrial Startups in Barcelona

IQS Tech Factory organizes the first edition of IQS Tech Fair, the Fair of Industrial Startups, that will be held next Wednesday December 14th (16:00) at IQS.

IQS Tech Factory, IQS’ center of entrepreneurship, celebrates this fair with the aim to promote industrial entrepreneurship and showcase the disruptive technologies of 20 of the science-based startups that receive our support.
Industrial sectors represented include; advanced industrial techniques, robotics, life sciences, new materials, energy and the environment, and wearables.

Carme Artigas, CEO and founder of Synergic Partners, a specialized company in Big Data, Data Science and Data Engineering, and recently acquired by Telefónica in 2015, will be the keynote speaker at the event.

Last November Artigas was recognized as one of the 30 most influential women in Business at the international ranking The 30 Most Influential Women in Business, prepared by Insight Success, She is currently a member of the Innovation Board of CEOE Spain and member of the Industry Affiliates Program at Data Science Institute (Columbia University, New York).
