INDUSTRY 4.0. ‘New industrial models for a highly competitive global environment’

May 31, 2016 @ 09:00 - 12:30

The new concept of Industry 4.0 marks a significant shift in the evolution of industrial models. The results of this major challenge will affect both manufacturing and service companies in the coming years. The use of Big Data and connectivity between different environments, along with new forms of production and design, are considered the cornerstones of Industry 4.0.

This conference will offer an overview of Industry 4.0, along with the specific experiences of various companies operating in these highly competitive environments. This will allow us to discuss the current status of Industry 4.0 and to take a closer look at its benefits and challenges.
