More than engagement or conversion rates, designers should also think about building trust and relationship with customers. Whether they are ordering sushi on Deliveroo, booking a place on Airbnb or buying a jacket in a MANGO store, the user journey is more complex than we think. We should shift from developing only apps or websites to design a coherent experience wherever it happens.

Graduated in Design at ESPM in Rio de Janeiro, Vinicius has been designing websites and apps for over 7 years across several industries, from startups, retail, and media companies.
In MANGO’s CX team, his focus is to design omnichannel solutions that bridge the gap between e-commerce and traditional retail shopping, focusing on a customer-centric experience. Before joining the MANGO team, Vinicius has also worked at eDreams ODIGEO, Netshoes, and Grupo Globo.
