A former London-based Business Transformation consultant, Nash is an entrepreneur, lecturer and consultant advising companies how to build high performance teams. He has devised his own methodology to use for assessing performance effectiveness based around Purpose, Clarity and Health.

He will be sharing his blueprint for better business and how to build the next level company in a socially and economically responsible way, with examples of the successful use of OKR’s by Google and a multitude of other leading companies.
