Having lived and worked on 4 continents (Colombia, Germany, Indonesia/Singapore, USA, and Spain) where she developed Growth, Sales and Marketing Strategies for businesses, she has built strong international business skills and broad market knowledge.
Juliana has extensive experience with Startups and SME’s around the globe and has been working with some of the world’s largest multinationals like Robert Bosch, Bayer, L’Oreal, Rocket Internet and Rhevo Ventures.She has several years of experience as Mentor and Trainer for Startups and Corporate Innovation projects and is Co-Author of the book “Online-Redaktionsmanagement in Unternehmen” (Online Communication Management in Companies) by Saim Alkan (2007).
In her free time, Juliana is also Organizer of the TCK community Barcelona (Third Culture Kids and Adults) and an avid fitness and outdoor lover.

Athina Sismanidou has over 20 years of global, diverse professional and educational experience in the technology, travel and hospitality industries, with proven experience in Data Analysis projects.
Her areas of expertise include big data, ML, AI, revenue management, distribution and channel management, Internet business models, business development, strategic planning, consulting, JV partnerships and research for new market entries, as well as business valuation.
She is transitioning from early techniques (SPSS, SQL) to R and Python for analysis related to Supervised, Unsupervised Learning and Deep Learning. with focus on recommendation systems.
Athina has an MBA from Manchester Business School, a PhD in business administration from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Barcelona) and holds a Data Science Certificate from MIT.
