The Smart City App Hack (SCAH) connects cities worldwide to help local app makers create apps for a better life in the city. These pioneering cities share similiar challenges and one vision: to empower citizens to become app makers and create app solutions for the city of the 21st century. App Makers get free mentorship for building their smart city app: from idea to downloadable app. In Barcelona all begin on April 18 with a Hack Session to be held at the Ateneu de Fabricació Digital de les Corts.
