Living in a big city is not always easy. Stress seems to be following us around and we need to find new ways to relax and to connect with ourselves.
Antonia Eraud is a therapist who combines personal development & creativity. During the workshop, she will help you, develop your creativity and understand yourself better through art therapy techniques.
The workshop consists of a mix of creative activities & discussion to interpret, to explore your creation and to find the messages of your creativity.
Sessions are designed for anyone who wish to develop self-awareness and self-leadership through creativity and mindfulness.
The theme of this month is…(tintintintintin)… relaxation, time off & rest. How do you feel when you are relaxed? What makes relaxed? How much rest do you allow to yourself?
