8th Conference of the Sport Management Master: ‘Technology, Big Data and analytics in sport’

Next Wednesday, January 30 will be held the 8th Conference of the Sport Management Master, organized by UPF-BSM in collaboration with INDESCAT. This year’s edition will be dedicated to ‘Technology, Big Data and analytics in sport’.

The event will deal with topics such as, for example, digital transformation, data analysis to improve performance or prevent injuries or future challenges related to technology.

The event, which will take place at the UPF Barcelona School of Management (c / Balmes 132-134, Barcelona), will feature the participation of Mounir Zok, Managing Director N3xt Sports; Marc Bigas, founder of Skitude; Ivan Llonch, founder of Patadon; Pedro A. de Alarcón, Head of Big Data for Social Good & Sports Analytics LUCA (Telefónica DataUnit); and Marc Subirà, responsible for Data at FC Barcelona.

The program also includes a networking lunch for attendees.
